REGISTRATION
The doors of GMAU Headquarters open at 4:00pm on Friday, November 5 and all regular conference sessions begin @ 5:00pm. Registration continues throughout Friday evening. Please plan on entering our facility through the main GMAU entrance located on Palmer Street(it will be well marked). Parking is available in the lot located at the back of the building and on Palmer Street.
KYU RANK CHILDREN SESSIONS (ages 6-12):
- CLASSES will be held in the West Wing of Horizon Hall
KYU RANK YOUTH/ADULT SESSIONS (ages 13 & up):
- CLASSES will be held in the East Wing of Horizon Hall
BLACK BELT SESSIONS:
Black Belts have the opportunity to select from one of three classes during each session; a Spiritual/Academic “lecture” class, a Technical Development class, or a Physical Development class. All classes will be held on the third floor in separate rooms.
- SPIRITUAL/ACADEMIC classes will be held in the Library
- TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT classes will be held in Room 15 or 16
- PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT classes will be held in Room 17
SPECIAL SESSIONS
We will be offering special sessions this year in addition to the regularly scheduled classes. The special sessions will be open to all adult conference participants, all ranks.
NOTE TO ALL BLACK BELTS
Refreshments are available in the Black Belt Lounge, an area reserved for black belt conference attendees and instructors, throughout the entire conference. Saturday breakfast as well as lunch will also be provided. Saturday evening we will have a medieval-styled buffet banquet (cost of banquet included is included in the registration fee if you dress in medieval attire; otherwise the banquet is an additional $35). Please come in Medieval costume and save the $35!

SATURDAY LUNCH
KYU RANKS: There will be a FREE PIZZA PARTY for all Kyu Rank conference attendees on Saturday at 12:30pm in Room #15.
BLACK BELTS: Served in the Library
MEDIEVAL BANQUET & AWARDS CEREMONY SATURDAY NIGHT
Come dressed as a knight in shining armor, an ancient samurai warrior, royalty, or even your favorite Bible personality! Medieval fare, buffet style will be served! And best of all, the MEDIEVAL BANQUET IS INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IF YOU DRESS IN MEDIEVAL ATTIRE (otherwise the banquet is an additional $35) An admission ticket for the banquet will be presented during registration. Awards will be presented in the categories of “Best Costume – Male”, “Best Costume Female”, and “Best Costume Couple”.
TICKET REQUIRED: An admission ticket for the Medieval Banquet and Awards Ceremony will be presented at the Registration Desk during check-in and is INCLUDED in the Registration/Tuition fee IF YOU DRESS IN MEDIEVAL ATTIRE. Additional tickets are available for $25 for those who are not attending the conference ($35 if not in Medieval costume).
CONFERENCE TEACHING ITINERARY
FRIDAY
Doors open at 3:30pm. Registration continues throughout Friday evening.
- 3:30pm – 5:00pm: Boxing (Room 16) and Grappling/Judo (Horizon Hall). This training is available for all early arrivals.
- 5:00pm – 7:00pm: CONFERENCE SESSIONS FOR ALL AGES/RANKS
- 7:00pm – 7:30pm: OPENING CEREMONY & KEYNOTE ADDRESS (all groups)
- 7:30pm – ?: TRIPLE CROWN CHAMPIONSHIPS – competition open to all schools. There will also be a GMAU Boxing Academy Tournament in the Boxing Room (Rm. 16)
SATURDAY
Doors open at 7:30am.
- 8:00am – 8:30am: GREETING & MORNING DEVOTIONS (all groups)
- 8:30am – 9:30am: WARM-UP & TAI CHI (all kyu ranks all ages)
- 8:30am – 9:30am: BLACK BELT BREAKFAST & TESTIMONIES
- 9:30am – 12:15pm: CONFERENCE SESSIONS FOR ALL AGES/RANKS
- 12:15pm – 12:30pm: GROUP PHOTO
- LUNCH 12:30pm – 1:30pm: PROVIDED!
- Kyu/Gup Children, Youth, and Adults—FREE PIZZA PARTY
- Black Belts—luncheon. Served in Library

We invite you to attend Horizon Christian Fellowship which meets in the facility gymnasium. This church and its pastors have become a strong partner and support to the GMAU.
